Once funds have cleared you will be issued an email with a graphic element. A copy will be issued to the recipient after you call our office. You will be instructed to call orders@lingerieaz.com for instructions. We will then notify the recipient they have received a gift from you and how they can redeem their certificate. This is very smart since men often do not know the proper size to order. It is also not a good idea to ask a lady what size she wears unless you know her very well. This also can help cut back on garment returns.
